​Finalize the Booking
All new prospective clients are encouraged to fill out our client intake booking form below.
This allows us to better understand your needs.
You can provide details about the services you're interested in, preferred dates, and information about your pets to ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking process.
A quote will be sent to your email within 24 hours of receiving the intake form, or after an online booking for current clients.
New clients will then schedule a consultation to meet you and your furry family members.
To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit must be made within 24-48 hours after your consultation for new clients or after receiving your quote/booking confirmation for existing clients.
New clients:
Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a link to our online app to sign in and complete your profile.

Note that a travel charge applies for bookings outside our 20 km radius, and additional surcharges may apply during peak periods, long weekends, and public holidays.
